1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lever AI LLC's ("Lever AI," "we," "us") AI emergency dispatch and virtual receptionist services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Lever AI provides AI-powered voice and text communication services for home services contractors, including:

24/7 AI emergency call answering and triage
Real-time text alerts to on-call contractors
Lead qualification and routing
Call analytics and reporting
Voice AI technology powered by third-party providers

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be a licensed plumbing, HVAC, or home services contractor in good standing. You agree to provide accurate business information and maintain current license and insurance documentation.

4. Emergency Dispatch Service

Our AI dispatcher ("Sam") classifies calls using a 3-tier system:

Tier 1 (Emergency): Immediate alert sent to on-call contractor
Tier 2 (Urgent): Scheduled for next available appointment
Tier 3 (Standard): Logged for routine follow-up

You acknowledge that AI classification is automated and may require human review. You are responsible for responding to alerts in a timely manner.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for non-emergency solicitation or marketing
Submit false emergency reports
Interfere with the AI system's operation
Use the service outside your licensed service area
Allow unlicensed individuals to respond to service calls

6. Fees & Billing

Usage-based billing at $0.30/minute for AI-handled calls
Monthly minimum may apply based on plan tier
Overage charges billed at standard rate
Late payments subject to service suspension
Price changes require 30 days advance notice

7. Call Data & Recordings

By using our service, you consent to:

Recording of calls for quality assurance and training
AI processing of call content for emergency classification
Storage of call metadata (duration, caller ID, outcome)
Anonymized use for AI model improvement

Call recordings are retained per our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Level Expectations

We target but do not guarantee:

Answer speed: Under 3 seconds
Uptime: 99.5% monthly availability
Alert delivery: Under 10 seconds after call completion

Credits for downtime may be issued at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All AI technology, voice models, and platform software are proprietary to Lever AI or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

LEVER AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR: missed emergencies due to system outages, incorrect AI classification, contractor non-response, or damages arising from service delays. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING 30 DAYS.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for: non-payment, license revocation, fraud, or violation of these terms. No refunds for prepaid unused minutes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
