Send text alerts to on-call contractors

4. AI Processing & Data Retention

Call recordings and transcriptions may be processed by third-party AI services (OpenRouter, Telnyx) to enable real-time emergency classification. We retain call data for:

Quality assurance: 90 days
Legal compliance: 7 years (where required)
AI training (anonymized): Indefinite

We share information only as necessary:

Contractors: Emergency details are shared with the assigned plumber/HVAC technician
Service Providers: Telnyx (telephony), Netlify (hosting), OpenRouter (AI processing)
Legal: When required by subpoena or to protect safety

We employ enterprise-grade security: TLS 1.3 encryption, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, role-based access controls, and regular penetration testing.
